  • Beginning March 20, 2026 we will be offering a delivery window every Friday between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM. To ensure your order is included in our Friday run, please place your order through our website by 4:00 PM on Friday.

  • Yes.

    Under Ontario law, cannabis must be handed directly to a person. We cannot leave packages in mailboxes, on porches, or with building concierges.

  • The order can be received by:

    1. The person who placed the order.

    2. Any other adult (19+) residing at the delivery address.

  • Our driver is required by the AGCO to verify that the recipient is 19 years of age or older.

    We follow a "ID Under 25" policy—if you look under 25, we must scan or visually inspect a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, Passport, or Ontario Photo Card).

  • If no one is home or valid ID cannot be provided, your order will be returned to the store the same day.

    • Pick-up: You may collect your order in-store during regular business hours starting Saturday morning.

    • Refunds: If you prefer a refund for a failed delivery, please contact us. Note: Delivery fees are non-refundable for failed attempts.

  • No.

    Ontario regulations restrict deliveries to private residences or private places (such as a hotel room). We cannot deliver to public spaces, parking lots, or government buildings.
