What ID do I need to enter the store or pick up my cannabis order?

We accept Canadian issued ID only, such as a driver's license, military ID, status card or passport. Please insure all identification documents are valid and not expired. You must be 19 years or older.
Pre-paid orders must be picked up by the same person who placed the order (name on the ID must match the name on order). We understand that this may seem like an inconvenience, but please remember that we are selling a highly regulated substance and, even more important (lol), we don’t want to give away your weed to the wrong person!

How can I pay in-store?

Debit, Visa and Mastercard are all accepted in-store. We also accept cold hard cash and P+L gift cards. If you are placing an order online, you are able to pay by Visa debit, Visa and Mastercard. When ordering online, just choose “pay later” if you would like to pay cash at the time of pick-up.

I can’t find what I’m looking for online or just need some extra assistance. What do I do?

Don’t hesitate to give us a call to chat with a budtender! The Petawawa shop can be reached at (613) 687-7335. We promise our budtenders are knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly. Products do come in and out of stock week-to-week based on supply. New products are also always dropping! Our budtenders would love to assist you in finding the perfect fit for you. We are available to chat during our opening hours.

I just don’t like the cannabis product I picked up, can I return it?

We hate that you don’t like what you got, but no, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on cannabis products. If there is an issue with the product, please take pictures and come in to chat about it. We will absolutely see what we can do. In the case of defective vape products, we will absolutely offer a return or an exchange. Additionally, we are always happy to provide feedback on your behalf to the Licensed Producers who grow and package our cannabis and the province, who distributes it. The legal cannabis industry becomes better when we all insist on quality weed, good packaging, and product safety. 


COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES 

Here are a few of the precautions we’ve implemented to ensure a safe working and shopping experience at Prairie and Luna: 

Mask Coverings — For everyone’s health and safety, masks are required for our team members and customers.

*** As of March 21st, 2022 masks will no longer be required to shop in-store. If this is a barrier to access for you or you would prefer, we will continue to offer curbside pick-up. Simply order and pay online or over the phone, call when you arrive (have your ID ready!) and we will run your order out to you ***

Wellness Checks — Everyone on our team self-screens for signs of illness before each shift (including temperature checks) and takes appropriate precautions to protect themselves and others. 

Feeling Under The Weather? — As much as we’d love to see you, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home. We and our staff are doing the same. Feel better soon!

Regular Cleanings — High touch surfaces will be disinfected after every customer use and we are continuing to proactively conduct cleanings and provide disinfectant supplies and alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
