Exciting news: we are finally ready to step into 2024 with our loyalty program! We will be retiring the stamp cards on April 1st because the P&L Best Buds Club is going digital!!

What will the new program look like?

Beginning April 1st, 2024, we will begin using a digital loyalty program that is directly tied to our Point of Sale system. If you already have a profile at Prairie and Luna, points will begin to accrue on your existing account with every visit after April 1st. Instead of needing to keep a stamp card, your points will be automatically added to your account during each visit when you provide your phone number or email associated with your account. If you’re ordering online, we ask that you checkout with the phone number or email address that is associated with your P&L account in order to get your points.

Because we truly appreciate you bearing with us through this transition, we will have a 30% off discount waiting for you in your account on April 1st, regardless of how many points were on your card. Of course, if you have any discounts unlocked on your paper card by April 1st, you can redeem those indefinitely. You can continue to collect stamps as usual on your card until March 31st, but we will be handing it back to you to keep track of, if you typically make use of our over-full Rolodexes.

Please rest assured that your digital account will only ever continue to be used for keeping track of your purchase receipts and, now, your loyalty points. We will never solicit or market to your provided phone number or email address, unless you have specifically opted-in to newsletters in the past.

If you would prefer not to make a digital account, but would still like to collect points, you will have the option to continue to use a physical stamp card. Once you’ve completed your current card, we will give you a new card that reflects the structure of the digital points. They will look slightly different than our current cards, and you will have to hang on to it - no more Rolodexes.

How do I collect points?

Each store visit will earn you 1 point. No purchase necessary. Limit of two visits per day.

1 visit = 1 point

10 points (10 visits) = Save 10%

15 points (15 visits) = Save 20%

20 points (20 visits) = Save 30%

How and why is it different to what it was?

The big change compared to our cards is that you will get to your 20% and 30% discounts in fewer visits (15 visits rather than 20 and 20 visits rather than 30, respectively.) In the digital program, each time you redeem a discount, your points balance will deplete by however many points you choose to use. Because of this, we are not able to digitally replicate our current points system exactly, as it currently unlocks tiered discounts, allowing you to continue building towards the next discount without “cashing in” accrued points. That kind of points structure is just not what the cannabis-compliant Point of Sale we use is built to do, unfortunately. We understand this is a change, which is why we have reduced the number of visits necessary to unlock the larger 20% and 30% discounts, and we are offering an extra 30% to all who have an existing account, as a thank-you for bearing with us. We’re hoping folks will appreciate getting to the larger discounts in fewer visits and the quicker and more seamless overall experience shopping with us.

How do I redeem my points?

Your budtender will let you know if you have a discount available on your account, and you can choose to redeem it then or at a future date.

If you are placing an order online, you must select “Pay in-store” if you wish to redeem points for a discount on your purchase. You will still collect points automatically if you pay online (as long as you use the phone number or email address tied to your store account), but won’t be able to apply a discount on online checkouts, yet (the developer is working on it!)

Only one discount can be used at a time. Cannot be combined with military, senior, or staff discount, or discounts from your old stamp cards.

How will I check my points balance?

Your point balance will be displayed at the bottom of your sales receipt or you can ask your budtender to check for you.

Can I still collect points for recycling?

We’re especially sorry for the change, but no. Points can only be provided per visit with the new electronic point system. We will continue offering an additional stamp for recycling throughout March, but will discontinue on April 1st. Our recycling program will still be available and we hope you will still choose to join us in offsetting the environmental impact the cannabis industry creates.
