Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment Processing Time

Only cannabis accessories can be shipped. All cannabis orders must be picked up at our location in Pembroke, Ontario by the person who placed the order. If picking up cannabis you must bring a valid ID and the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

All orders to be shipped are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Canada Post provides an estimated shipping time during checkout. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Please reach out to us immediately if you received your products in less than perfect condition, we will assist you in any way we can. Email: [email protected] You may be required to file a claim with Canada Post. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside of Canada.



All sales are final. Returns may be accepted if related to a quality concern. Requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
